Purpose of this study is to identify the factors, which lead nurse entrepreneurs to success.　More than twenty nurses of three countries are interviewed. Main findings are 1.Nurse entrepreneurs have had clear vision before starting their business. 2. Most of them started from small business. 3. They learned business management before or after running their companies. 4. They have some uniqueness.　5. They do not want to go back to the healthcare facilities as employees. 6. They are enjoying their ways of life.
